Day 1




So, with both kids finally back in school, I have 3 hours 5 days a week all to myself. I have set a goal for myself to give P90x a real go. I weighed in this morning at 148.5 lbs, and took this lovely day 1 snap shot! Today I began my 90 day journey and completed the Day 1 workout, Chest and Back plus Ab Ripper X.  I started off strong but, man I was struggling to get out pushups by the end (even on my knees!). And Ab Ribber X? I'm lucky if I did 1/3 of the reps! But it's a start and I'm proud!


Here are my stats for Day 1:
Chest:  33.5 in
Waist:  28.5 in
Hips:   39.0 in
Thighs: 20.5
Weight: 148.5 lbs
